Lifestyle Changes:

Stop smoking. Smoking decreases egg count and increases the risk of miscarriage.
Don’t smoke marijuana. Women who smoke marijuana have a decreased egg count, they may have a smaller baby, and may increase the risk of leukemia in their children
If you don’t ovulate, you may be over-exercising. Decrease exercise to 1 ½ hours maximum a day.
Avoid alcohol.

Dietary Changes:

Eat more raw or dry roasted nuts and seeds. Add flaxseeds to cereals and muffins.
Organic dairy products including eggs.
Eat at least one serving of soy based foods a day.
5 servings of fruit and vegetables daily.
Increase fiber to 30 grams daily.
