Use plants that clean the air in your house along with an air purifier. These plants include: ficus, english ivy, banana, bamboo palm, spider plant, peace lily, mums, gerbera daisy, warnecki, philodendron.
Massage 1x/week promotes lymph drainage.

Dietary Changes:

Decrease the fat in your diet. Avoid red meats and dairy products for 6 weeks.
Increase fiber to 30 grams/daily. Some bran cereals have that much in 1 cup, so keep a diet diary.
12 oz of water every hour. Other fluids don’t count.
Avoid sugar: no fruit juices, soda, alcohol.
Increase intake of: beets, artichokes, dandelion greens, pineapple, fresh fruit, onions and garlic.
Avoid caffeine; switch to decaf coffee or green tea for 6 weeks.
