Description:
UltraClear Plus, provided as a powdered beverage mix, is a medical food
designed to support an individual’s nutritional needs during hepatic
detoxification, specifically for individuals who may have special concerns
related to metabolic clearing. UltraClear Plus is formulated to meet the
heightened nutrient needs of persons who are shown, by functional liver
detoxification capacity testing, to be imbalanced detoxifiers. An imbalanced
detoxifier is an individual who has uneven activity between Phase I P450 and
Phase II conjugation pathways. This may be due to genetic predisposition, a
history of chronic nutrient insufficiency, and/or toxin overload. In these
cases, a buildup of reactive oxygen intermediates may occur and a subsequent
increase in symptoms and/or tissue damage may result. UltraClear Plus is
formulated to meet the needs of these patients by providing increased nutrient
and antioxidant support during detoxification.
UltraClear Plus has a pleasant tasting,
low-allergy-potential rice protein concentrate plus the addition of glycine,
Taurine, sodium sulfate, and decaffeinated green tea polyphenols, which have
antioxidant properties. UltraClear Plus is safe for long term use for
individuals with chronic exposure to toxic environments.
Directions:
Blend, shake or briskly stir 2 level scoops into 8 ounces of cold water or
juice.
