Description:
Ultra Balance Protein is a low-allergy-potential protein supplement. It is
useful as nutritional support in the context of reduced calorie weight
management programs, during the isolation of food hypersensitivities, and
during protein supplemented programs. It can be mixed with juice, water, or
milk and combined with an eating plan (see Patient Program Booklet for
guidelines). Ultrabalance Protein is composed of partially hydrolyzed whey
protein and rice protein and is free of the more common allergenic proteins,
gluten, casein, egg, and soy. A factor affecting protein utilization is
adequate vitamin and mineral intake. Ultrabalance Protein has been augmented
with a comprehensive spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals.
Directions:
Blend, shake or briskly stir 1 level scoop into 8 ounces of juice, water or
nonfat milk.
Storage:
Keep tightly stored in a cool, dry place.
